snow day

4 day weekend and 3 day work week- yes please! So when i went to bed last night i felt so much like a school child. i was praying and praying that i would wake up to a beautiful winter wonderland. Jus and i even woke up at 2 a.m. to see what was going on and we were greatly disappointed. Then the alarm went off and we jumped out of bed and ran to the window and again, nothing. but the weather man still called for some major snow so skewl was canceled but poor baby jus had to go to work. I went back to bed, thinking that when i awoke, the ground and trees would look like this:

I had a great morning regardless... coffee, weather channel, and the gym. still no snow.

i am about to begin another julie garwood book- which i know is going to be fantastic. yay!

so it's sunny now... my hope for snow is long gone. in heaven i will be able to play in the snow whenever i want... and with Jesus. how sweet!
